Please, read carefully information below for easy start.
— ARM based single board computer, supported ARM7, ARM64, Linux PLC
— power supply . Lower amperage may cause memory leaks, bugs and glitches,
— micro SD card 8 Gb (Class 10) minimum. Please use original SD card, manufactured by Kingston, Transcend, SanDisk. Strongly recommend to use industrial micro SD,
— LAN cable, connected in router.
1. Download the appropriate image from Pyxis website.
2. Write image on SD card, using any software (e.g. Etcher).
3. After finish of image writing, insert SD card in Raspberry Pi, connect network cable and turn it on.
4. Wait initial boot and start to setup in web interface.
You can use this way, if your Linux OS is systemd
1. Install OS (for example Raspbian Lite, Armbian),
2. Install Docker,
sudo curl -sSL https://get.docker.com/ | sh
3. Reboot your OS,
sudo reboot
4. Run script in terminal.
sudo curl -sSL https://remote.pyxis.cloud/scripts/install_wo_hass.sh | sudo sh
All settings, you need to make in any web browser, on any device (PC, Laptop, Tablet or Phone). Put in web browser http://pyxis.local and you will get Pyxis web interface. If you can’t find Pyxis web interface - use IP address. You can obtain IP address of Pyxis, using IP scanner or web interface of router.
On this page you can define appearance - light, dark or auto (in the bottom left) and log into Pyxis web. Initial password is admin.
